Time Waveform (TWF) data is used to diagnose faults within a monitored asset. With Kappa X, a user has the option through the parameters below to:

Enable or Disable Time Waveform(s)
Adjust update rate of consecutive Time Waveforms (TWFs)
Amend the FMax of both waveforms, which can be especially useful for 'slow speed' applications.

Waveform Transmission Period

Selecting a lower value reduces the total time required to upload a sampled time waveform to Analytix.

Time to Next Waveform Opportunity

The time elapsing between a Time Waveform upload and the time before another can be sampled. This is a parameter to consider if you do not require Time Waveforms daily or wish to prolong a Kappa X's battery life.

ADVANCED: Post Waveform Buffer

In the event that a user wishes to select 'Immediate' for the 'Time to Next Waveform Opportunity', a much shorter delay can be chosen before a Kappa X sensor shall enable Time Waveform capturing again.
